Inherent in wellness coaching is the development of a trusting relationship between the coach and client. A 3- month commitment is the scientifically-studied average amount of time needed in order to affect real and sustainable life change. I know…everyone is different! You may need one consultation and you’re off and running in the right direction! But if you’re like most people, you’ll want to talk with your coach every week or two to discuss your progress and goal setting to help you sustain the life enhancing changes you are making.
The Details:
Initial consultations are billed at $225 for 90 minutes. Built into this cost is my review of your intake questionnaire.
Subsequent follow up calls range from $75-$120 billed on an average per minute rate of $2 a minute ($60 for 30 minutes, $90 for 45 minutes, $120 for 60 minutes). When you schedule a follow up, there will be some “wiggle room” if extra time is needed.
Email communications are included. We’ll want to stay in touch as I love to hear about your progress!
